Delivery and shipping policy

 

The following information provides details of international delivery and shipping:

 

  • When purchase and payment process is completed, an invoice containing the order number will be sent to the customer's email, confirming the success of the purchase.
  • Please make sure to complete the address information and add a phone number available during order to avoid any delays.

 

Local Delivery:

- Almudaires delivers the order through the company's delivery.

- If the order is Placed before 6 pm, delivery will be the next day.

- If the order is Placed after 6 pm, delivery will be within two days.

- Before the delivery team delivers the order, a call will be made to the customer's registered phone.

- When the order delivered, your signature will be requested on the invoice, and this signature is a confirmation that you have received the goods as shown in the invoice.

- If you are not present at the registered address, the order shall be delivered to any person present at the registered address with their signature on the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.

- In the event that we are unable to deliver the order to the registered address, you will be contacted to set another appointment. And if we will not be contacted within 15 days from the date of completing the order, the company will not be responsible for the goods.

 

International Shipping:

- Almudaires Ships the order through "FedEx", “DHL" and "Aramex".

- The shipping time for the order is according to what you choose in the purchase process.

- You will be provided with a tracking number.

- When the order delivered, your signature will be requested on the invoice, and this signature is a confirmation that you have received the goods as shown in the invoice.

- If you are not present at the registered address, the order shall be delivered to any person present at the registered address with their signature on the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.

- If you do not receive your request within the specified period, you can follow it through the tracking number or contact us.

- It is the customer responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations in his country, including tax and customs fees, and he must pay all additional costs for customs clearance, if any, as customs policies differ from one country to another.

- The company will not be responsible for the confiscation of any shipment by the customs of the customer's country as it is the responsibility of the customer to know what the laws of his country are.
