Exchange and Returns

Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:

- The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed in its cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.

- The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.

- Shoes and accessories should be returned with original branded boxes, placed inside a parcel box when being shipped.

- When trying on shoes please be careful not to leave traces on the shoe or damage the shoe box.

- Cosmetics and perfume must be returned without opening and/or using the product while maintaining no damage to the outer packaging.

- You can change any product by choosing another size while taking care of the previously mentioned requirements.

Items Can’t be returned or exchanged:

⦁ Oud, incense and its derivatives are neither returnable nor replaced.

⦁ Socks and underwear are non-refundable nor exchangeable.

⦁ Product damaged due to wrong usage.

⦁ Items on promotion.

⦁ Items already exchanged previously.

Notes :

⦁ In case, if any return request made by the customer then we will not refund the shipping charges as that has already been incurred by us. We will refund the product purchased amount only. (only if the items was defected or different items was sent).

⦁ In the event that you want to return internationally shipped orders after receiving them intact without any damages, the customer pays the cost of shipping through the following shipping service companies only: (DHL, FedEx, Aramex), provided that the goods to be returned are in their original condition (unused with Its cover) and attached to the original purchase receipt.

Refund period (after product evaluation process):

Gift Card Account - 24 hours

Credit card / Debit card - 3 to 5 business days

Bank transfer in Kuwait - 3 to 5 business days

International bank transfers - 7 to10 business days

Cash on Delivery - 10 business days
